The Keble Memorial Hall at S. Thomas' College, Bandarawela was the venue for the prefects' investiture ceremony on 3rd of May, 2023. Six monitors who had shown exemplary leadership and discipline were promoted as prefects.

The names of the new prefects are: Chathuma Weerasinghe, Esitha Gimhana, Steve Ashen Gomesz, Hirun Hasthika Colonne, Vidun Dulsana and Ketharu Malawarage.

The Headmaster, Mr. Palitha Navaratne, addressed the gathering and congratulated the students on their achievement.
