British Council Accreditation

International School Award 2017-2020

S. Thomas' College Bandarawela was awarded the International School Award (ISA) 2017-2020 by the British Council. The ISA is an accreditation scheme for curriculum-based international work in schools.

Mr. G.B. Aroshana Silva and Mr. Shanon Dason were also recognised for co-ordinating the integration of international learning in the curriculum.

The scheme provides recognition for teachers and their schools working to instill a global dimension into the learning experience of all children and young people.
