S. Thomas’ College, Bandarawela hosted the SLA Ratnayake Memorial All-Island Schools' under-17 Badminton Tournament 2023 from 21-25 April.

The event was held at the STCB Indoor Sports Complex and was a joint effort of S. Thomas' College, Sri Lanka Schools' Badminton Association and Sri Lanka Badminton.

The tournament attracted 90 schools, with 47 boys and 43 girls teams vying for the titles in six groups: Super A, A, B, C, D and E.

The president of Sri Lanka Badminton, Mr. Rohan De Silva, was the chief guest at the closing ceremony on the final day.
