2020 Events: S. Thomas' College, Bandarawela

All Island School Drama Competition

The Tamil Drama Society of S. Thomas' College, Bandarawela performed exceptionally well at the All Island School Drama Competition 2019.  The competition was jointly organized by the Education Ministry, State Ministry of National Heritage, Fine Arts and Rural Sculpture along with the Tower Hall.

The team was awarded several trophies, certificates and cash prizes and were placed as follows:

• Short play - 3rd place
• Short play - best dress design
• Short play - best direction
• Short play script - 2nd place
   

The virtual awarding ceremony was held on 23rd December 2020.
