The students from grades 6 to 8 at S. Thomas' College, Bandarawela successfully brought out the Nutrition Fair on the 10th of October, 2022. 

Both teachers and students were able to visit the fair and purchase fresh fruits, vegetables and home-made treats.  One of the key benefits of the fair was that each child was knowledgeable on the nutritional values of the produce sold and were able to communicate this to the consumer.

Students were encouraged to donate part of the proceeds towards the Environmental Society cultivation programme where students get involved in growing vegetables in the school premises.
