A Leadership Training Programme was conducted by the Old Boys' Association (OBA) of S. Thomas' College, Bandarawela for 30 selected students on June 30th and July 1st, 2022 at the Nonperial Army Bungalow.

Through a variety of activities designed to enhance different leadership traits, the students succeeded and failed differently, enabling them to understand the importance to learn from experiences.
